The hotel manager was very responsive and attentive. It was in a very nice area, close to lots of restaurants and shopping. The room was clean.

BREAKFAST was amazing!!! Large rooms, kitchen, stocked shampoo, etc. Swim area was nice and basketball court/courtyard was very cute.

Everything was perfect. In fact, they fixed my issue with a rebooking AFTER BOOKING.COM LLIED TO ME AND SAID IT WAS RESOLVED! If it weren't for the staff at the Homeward Suites, we would have been sleeping in our car, since Booking.com was of absolutely no help whatsoever. This staff needs to be given recognition for their customer service.

My only concern was the unexpected $100 hold placed on my card for possible incidents. It is unfair to require a payment or hold without informing individuals in advance.
